Thank you for posting this video! I'm not sure if I'm eating the same Optifast items as you...I had to do the Ready To Drink version because of the lactose in the mix. The strawberry RTD isn't bad and the chocolate is fairly good (I have a super heightened sense of smell and it has a little bit of a "formula" smell to it), but I find the vanilla too strong so I have to figure out what to add to it!

You experienced headaches aswell. I was wondering whether the optifast triggered my headache. It's only my first day, so I'm not giving up =), but man I have a mean as headache. I hope it goes away like yours did.

Hi, i'm just wathcing your videos from the start again, you were the first video i ever saw and had never heard of the sleeve but knew right away it is the only surgery for me, in appeal right now, wish me luck, what a difference u look GREAT good job
