Bad. They're not real food, but an amalgam of synthetic vitamins and minerals wrapped up in chemical ingredients to enhance appearance and flavor. Stick to real protein: that which comes from nuts, beans, and lean meat.

To all who are watching this video, I recommend reading "The Omnivore's Dilemma", by Michael Pollan. What Erin says about products v. real food and how corporations churn out ultra processed products with an extra long shelf life that don't nourish and make you fat in order to make more money is explained in detail in that book. It will open your eyes.
