Oh hai! Have you ever tried cleverous 402 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker lost lots of weight with it.

@PIECE2YOURMOTHA I believe it can be very possible. I am 5'9" and started a factory job weighing 230. Just from working alone in 110 degree heat and 0 exercising I went down to 160, in a matter of maybe 6 months. Granted 6 months is what, 24 weeks? But this is very believable, hard work and correct diet can make amazing results. Don't knock it till you try it. What have you got to lose?
