i just ordered the shake and thermo bond does it work how do u use it? do u add water or soy milk and fruits., i have tried sea moss too it controls your cravings and has a lot of iron in it and it has zinc and iodine which controls weight gain, sea moss helps with your cycle , it got rid of my irribality and pain, thank god for sea moss but what about herbal life is it legit?
