PhillyDiva, I know this is an older video of yours but can you tell me if you actually loss a significant amount of weight on the liquid diet. I can remember when I did a 30 day fast with my church, boy was I skinny, but it did not last. As soon as I started to eat again the weight came back. I am getting ready to start another liquid diet with a twist. I have recently purchased the "slimquick" It is a weight loss drink, so we will see. Wish me luck:)

I started my liquid diet yesturday. I use to weigh 233lb, by next wk ill be 157lb. Goal wt is 130lb.

Hey Diva, I know Im like wearing your channel out, right! Anyway I had to check your channel out again( Dont think Im stockerish for leaving all these comments, lol) I just started my liquid diet yesterday and the information you gave is very informational. I see that you have lost alot of weight. ( oh my goodness this protein shake is so nasty- odwalla, protein monster, yuk!

excuse me miss phillydiva19154 i had to ask a few questions, basically im an actor and im 5'11 and i wiegh 185 pounds. im going to be starring in a movie where i have to look like annerexic, i want to go on this diet and im aiming for weighing around 140 pounds. I want to know how much weight did you loose over 7 days
