What I usually have for breakfast:
1 Weetabix, 4 Teaspoons of Oatmeal and 3 teaspoons of instant oats with milk , yoghurt and quark with half of an apple and sometimes with an orange or a clementine.
and then 2 crispbread with quark or 2 whole grain bread rolls with quark.
is that breakfast okay? I am sooo hungry in the morning...

Why not consider DietOramy healthy diet? Have you come across about this? I have encountered it aimlessly googling for treatments and this solution is just incredible... So i'm melting away my accumulated fat and I'm feeling like healthier and stronger.

Do u have one with healthier eatting habits , I can't find it. I'm trying to grow out my hair I helps on what good name brand multi vitamins to take. I'm trying to loose a little weight as well and what a good protien power to buy!

Hi, I usually recommend a breakfast bowl which will probably hold about 1-2 cups. Then add some other healthy goodies like nuts, raisins, bananas, strawberries; whatever you like to add more nutrition.
