@mythals I use Romaine Lettuce and Spinach ... I actually eat a lot of Spinach all the time.

@Adrytl v8 isn't fresh, its processed, made from rotting veges that are not pretty enough to be sold in stores, the vitamins are dead and the enzymes are dead, there is no short cut to health.
