The thing with bodybuilding and trying to get fit is people who decide to do this need to educate themselves.....not only on how the human body works and how the muscles work and how they respond to training but also the nutritional side to bodybuilding. Getting fit and looking good does not happen over night.....its a long process of hard work and learning. bodybuilding supplements can be a con the are there to take peoples money....people who don`t know what they are doing just waste money
