glutamine is prob the best u can get creatine is second no point mentioning protein since it is merely great food not a supplement

It's already been proven that the only supplements to be clinically studied with proven results are protein powder, creatine, and glutamine. Personally, all I take is Desiccated liver tablets multi-vitamins, fish oil and some enzymes so I can actually absorb more of the nutrients from my food for muscle growth. People need to seriously look at the guys from the 50's and 60's. Reg Park and Vince Gironda are great examples of drug free bodybuilders who got huge from hard work.
