It would be between 600-1000 calories for me....depending on what I eat for dinner. It just depends on what the person eats for dinner and if they stick to the plan that I send them. Hope this helps.

heyy i wass looking through weightloss things for me and came across thiss...i actually think this would bee good for my mom...she might kill me for thiss but do u think you could explain to us what it is...she is obvioulsy overweight and has diabetes.. and she has always talked about losing weight just hasnt really kicked things in gear.. if you could explain to me exactly wat it iss...thankss
