His name was Dr Robert Atkins, author of the Atkins new diet revolution. To some Dr Atkins was a hero, to others his diet was scientific heresy and potentially deadly. The best diet is the type of diet that doesn't cut out any food groups. It's all about portion sizes, and no starving yourself!

i weigh 125 kg, i am 19 years old, i am sick of this way of life, i want to try this diet. but can somebody with good experience tell me if it's a good thing or just NOT !?

Just as a thought. Atkins didn't invent this diet. He read about it in an article!! So who was the author of the article?? We need to give credit where it is due!

The most guaranteed way to lose weight: Eat only carrots, lettuce and tomatoes as long as you can.

celery is NOT out on this diet..omg so much makes me angry..u can have melon..and berries..and veggies of most sorts..u don't only eat meat,cheese and fat!!!!
