@lexdimond1 He talks about this. It's not really fat you're losing. It's all the compacted poop from all the crud you eat. It really does work, and I'm not even following it to the letter.

@aprilstanfield maybe try another brand of whey shake...some of them are actually quite good....it may have been the stevia (which can be quite bitter in taste) ....also Blue Diamond has an unsweetened chocolate milk that would up the choc flavor ....there are lots of things out there.... just keep trying and you will find the combo that works for you....

@rinapink76 ABSOLUTELY! I wouldn't knock it if I hadn't. I followed the recipe exactly and it has a terrible oily, metallic flavor to it. There is absolutely no way I could even gag it down...after using all those expensive ingredients believe me, I tried! I think when Jorge keeps saying "RICH" he actually just means THICK. Not the same!! Motor oil is thick, Creme Brulee is RICH. ;) I'd rather get my fiber and omegas ANY other way!
