@WorkInProgress1986 All compound movements..superset them in your sessions. This will help you hit EPOC and this is the true benefit of resistance training when done right- your body will be torching more calories even while you rest, thanks to muscle.

@WorkInProgress1986 The same things- eat "clean"- stay away from processed foods. Train hard and smart with the weights, sprint your hills..the manboobs will soon turn into slabs of muscle (thats the goal anyway) I will try to help guide you in the right direction as best I can.

Hello! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

@quickskillz14 Both movements, once each back to back makes a superset. I do around 6-8 total, depending on how much weight I have..if weight is scarce, then just limit the time between supersets, from a minute or two down to 30 seconds of rest.
