Oh yes - Silk makes a great Soy Yogurt in quart size for making smoothies (Plain or Vanilla) as well as single-serve flavored soy yogurts. Soy and Co is another brand for soy yogurt for all us folks who are extremely lactose intolerant.

Thanks for the breakfast ideas! I'm all for the options for soy. I also think that you can include breakfast options (egg cooked in microwave, Canadian bacon, veggie shreds soy cheese, English muffin) that are a wonderful substitute to stopping at McD's, etc. Will definitely check out adding more flax seed and doing more stuff with kasha.
